For this coat i didnt want it to be as outrageously asymmetrical as the others will be............ i wanted simple lines, a clean elegant appearance..........

The definition of a scarf...............

According to Webster's dictionary "a scarf is a length of fabric worn around the neck or head".

now they didn't describe a certain shape or form, and even if they did why couldn't we come out of that boundary.

Spring / Summer 08

i have finished the new range of scarves for s/s 08 and still working on more ideas for different consumers. i am really please with them, each scarf is hand made and there is only one a like.

i chose cool and easy to wear fabrics for the spring /summer collection. 

presently i'm working on more innovative ways to wear a scarf and moving toward the idea of  perceiving them as jewelry. i am trying to focus the attention more on the scarves. why don't we think of a scarf as THE accessory to have?, does it have to be a seasonal wear?, 

i am excited about exploring this idea, lets see where it takes me .

sorry i haven't updated my blog in, i'm a shame to say almost two months, ;D. no excuses really just haven't quite got the hang of blogging as yet, but i will, just need to push myself.

i went down to brixton today, to shop and to get some fresh  inspirations, got some rings and some fabrics for my new collection. went by the shop to check up on the sales of my scarves, i sold three, which is great, i am greatful

2007 was a very memorable year for me, as i am sure that there will be more memorable years to come, but none quite like 2007. This is a new year and i believe that 2008 will be making up for 2007 because this is a new me!. 2008 is my stepping stone for other years to come.

i sold some of my scarves to a charming little gift shop in Brixton on Thursday could not believe it, but it happened. hard work does really pay off.  i was confident late and professional. SO now i'm on a role, look out boutiques here i come. i need to get confident with the bigger pieces of garments now, i must be brave!
